Born on January 8th, 1974, Jose Toledo grew up in Miami and lived there until he enlisted in the US Army at the age of 18. After completing his military service, Toledo attended Miami College in Miami , Florida , and received an AA. He later moved to Gainesville , FL where he attended the University of Florida and received his Bachelor of Arts degree. Toledo then returned to service in the United States Army, where he was commissioned a second Lieutenant. Eventually, he relocated to Tampa Bay and attended law school at Stetson University College of Law where he received a Juris Doctor degree and was admitted to the Florida Bar shortly after.
Toledo practices in the areas of litigation; specifically Personal Injury litigation, Immigration and workers' compensation. He caters to clients who are predominantly Spanish-dominant, thus facilitating the legal process for this segment of the community. Toledo enjoys helping his community and is a proud member of Tampa Bay's Hispanic community.
